2018 Dinatoire

A new event but many familiar faces, our Dinatoire: a French cooking demonstration and tasting at Rex Heart & Vascular Center, highlighted some of the Triangle’s favorite French chefs. We had cooking demonstrations and tastings from Chef Serge Falcoz-Vigne of St. Jacques French Cuisine, Dean Ogan of Rocky Top Catering, Ryan Conklin of UNC Rex Hospital, and Daniel Benjamin of lucettegrace patisserie. Each chef prepared a French or French-inspired dish and dessert for guests, and were on hand to answer questions and discuss secret recipes.

Thanks also to Triangle Wine Co and PFB Connect for sponsoring delicious French wines to go with our tasting, to La Farm Bakery for providing a beautiful charcuterie display as hors d’oeuvres, and to UNC Rex Heart & Vascular Center for donating their beautiful event space for the evening.

Peruse the photos and then join us next time! Our famous Noël party is happening December 2nd…
